Dr M’s Nuttiest Nut Bar…

This is a fabulous snack or treat.. can even be packed into a school or work lunch box…
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup flaxmeal
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tblsp agave (or maple syrup)
  • Topping
  • 4 tblesp cocoa nibs (or crushed walnuts)
  1. In a food processor add all the dry ingredients and process until a coarse meal like consistency
  2. When combined add the melted coconut oil and agave process for 1 minute
  3. Into a lined biscuit tray press the mixture in evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cocoa nibs on top
  5. Cut into 12 pieces and then pop it in the fridge until it is firm…
