Dr M’s Magnificent Meatloaf

This Paleo Friendly Meatloaf is Delicious! Enjoy with your whole family, it is definitely a people pleaser!
  • 1 kg grass fed mince
  • 10 slices of Proscuitto
  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 a large Onion
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • Himalayan Rock Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Macadamia Oil
  1. Saute Onions in a small fry pan
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients by hand (except Prosciutto and Oil)
  3. Add oil to baking dish
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf shape in a baking dish
  5. Place Prosciutto over the loaf
  6. Bake for ~45-60mins @ 180 degrees.
