Dr M’s energy balls

A great snack for on the go or with a great cup of tea….
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Macadamia butter
- 2/3 cup flaxmeal
- 3 tablespoons Agave (or maple syrup)
- optional coconut or sesame seeds
- put all ingredients except the agave into your food processor.
- mix until a coarse meal consistency
- add agave and process
- roll into desired size balls and put into the fridge for at least 1 hour
- optional, before putting in the fridge, roll the balls in either coconut or sesame seeds.
