A great snack for on the go or with a great cup of tea….
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Macadamia butter
  • 2/3 cup flaxmeal
  • 3 tablespoons Agave (or maple syrup)
  • optional coconut or sesame seeds
  1. put all ingredients except the agave into your food processor.
  2. mix until a coarse meal consistency
  3. add agave and process
  4. roll into desired size balls and put into the fridge for at least 1 hour
  5. optional, before putting in the fridge, roll the balls in either coconut or sesame seeds.
