Dr M’s Chocolate Crackle Slice….

A delicious non-cooked slice, that tastes just like a chocolate crackle….Yum
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup macadamias
  • 1/4 goji berries (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cocao
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
  • 2 tbs organic 100% maple syrup
  • 3 tbs coconut oil
  1. Put nuts and goji berries in food processor and blitz until coarse crumb consistency
  2. Add coconut and,cocao and blitz to mix through
  3. add coconut oil(liquid) and maple syrup
  4. Press into a slice tray lined with baking paper
  5. put in the freezer for 1 hour before serving.
  6. tip. I like to keep it in a sealed container in the freezer, or you can keep it in the fridge
